For five years, across twenty cities, thousands of people in Alfred-powered apartment buildings have #ComeHomeHappy to groceries in their fridge, laundry in their closet, packages on their counter, and a clean home thanks to dedicated, W-2 trained, trusted Alfred Home Managers.

Unlike 1099 contractor delivery services like Instacart and Amazon, our team is made up of W-2 employees with full healthcare benefits, fair pay, and prepaid time off when they are sick.

The wellbeing of our customers and team members comes first and all of our home managers are legally required to follow safety protocols and wear protective gear.
We deliver reliably with no delays.
While other services are experiencing setbacks due to the volume of requests being received, our clients continue to have their weekly standing Alfred appointment.

As stores struggle to keep their doors open, we’re able to help keep them afloat by shopping locally. We have personal relationships with neighborhood business owners and are kept in the loop about restocking and deliveries.

We relentlessly visit as many stores as needed, making every attempt to fulfill your orders without any additional service fees in a time when supply chains are rapidly changing.
We help buildings limit foot traffic to a team you trust.
The more people you have coming to your door making deliveries, the greater the risk of contamination. Alfred will only send healthy, insured, and protected home managers, dedicated caregivers who have raised their hands to serve you during this time.
How are we charging?
In order to provide our heroic service workers with fair pay, we’re asking for a donation of $25 per week for a standing delivery every week and access to daily on-request service. This will directly benefit the Alfred Local Workers Assistance Fund. As COVID-19 disrupts our way of life, we hope to provide a bit of financial relief to local businesses and service providers, our team and their families who are struggling to make ends meet due to layoffs and reduced hours.
